Cancellation Policy

At Ivy League Pool Company, we make booking easy and flexible for our customers. Please note that appointment times may be subject to change based on such things as; service location, availability, and unforeseen conditions. When scheduling pool services online, you have the option to either: Pay securely online at the time of booking or Pay in person at the time of service (cash, check, or card accepted). To confirm your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file, even if you choose to pay in person. No charges will be made to your card unless authorized, except in cases of no-shows or late cancellations. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless pre-paid online. Additional labor required beyond the service allotment will be billed at $95 per hour. Any additional chemicals used during service will be billed separately at established prices. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. However, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a full service charge. No-shows will also be charged the full service fee. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to best serve all of our clients.
